We make every effort to provide you with the finest care, at a reasonable cost, with the most convenient financial options. To accomplish this we work hand-in-hand with you to maximize your insurance reimbursement for covered procedures, accept Visa, MasterCard and Discover credit cards, and offer outside financing with CareCredit . Please bring any insurance information with you to the consultation so that we can verify and review your insurance coverage. Please be aware that most services are covered by dental, not medical, insurance. Facial cosmetic services are not covered by insurance. Your estimated payment is due at the time service is rendered. We usually give a receipt the day of surgery, and if that is not done, please ask and we will gladly provide one. If there is any remaining balance after your insurance has paid, it is your responsibility. We will give you a call, or send you a statement if a payment is due, Your prompt remittance is appreciated.

Sometimes your concerns will not be able to be answered immediately, and will have to be researched and followed up with to give you the most accurate information.

Please note: Payment is due at the time of service.
As a courtesy to you, we will bill your insurance company and track your claims. Please keep us informed of any changes to your insurance plan, as well as any recent or pending claims submitted by other dental offices that may affect your remaining benefits. You are responsible for the fees charged by our office, regardless of your insurance coverage. Most insurance companies respond to claims within four to six weeks. Any remaining balance is your responsibility.
